CloudExtend files tab is usually seen inside a Customer and Contact record in Netsuite. If a user wants this tab to appear in other record types, we can refer them to this article.
If you are not seeing the Get Started button and just see the blank white screen, this is because cookies are blocked. We need to configure the browser settings.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Resolution
Change the browser setting.
For Chrome Users
If you want to keep the Block third-party cookies and use ExtendSync, do the following:
Step 1: In your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Hit Privacy and Security> Cookies and other site data.
Step 4: In Customized Behaviour, under Sites that can always use cookies section, click Add.
Add
https://odns.cloudextend.app
then check the Include third-party cookies on this site.
Step 5: Refresh the browser and check if the CloudExtend files button is showing.
For Firefox Users
Step 1: In Firefox, go to Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
Step 2: Click Manage Exceptions.
Step 3: Copy and paste https://onedrive-picker-prod-5udx5bopke.cloudextendapps.io/
Step 4: Click Allow then Save Changes.
Step 5: Close Firefox and re-launch.
