💡 Note: The Email using CloudExtend button only appears on record types where NetSuite supports sending emails.
What Happens When You Click Email using CloudExtend?
On clicking this option:
A NetSuite email compose window opens.
You can use NetSuite email templates, add attachments, or include transactions.
Once you click Send from Outlook, the message is sent via Outlook and automatically logged in NetSuite.
