The Send from Outlook feature is available on most NetSuite record types that support emailing. When enabled, the Email using CloudExtend button appears directly in the NetSuite record view.

The Send from Outlook feature is available on most record types, including:

What Happens When You Click Email using CloudExtend?

On clicking this option:

  • A NetSuite email compose window opens.

  • You can use NetSuite email templates, add attachments, or include transactions.

  • Once you click Send from Outlook, the message is sent via Outlook and automatically logged in NetSuite.
