If you're not yet ready to use the Send from Outlook feature and want to hide the "Email using CloudExtend" button, follow the steps below:
Step 1: In NetSuite, go to: Customization > Scripting > Scripts
Step 2: In the filters select type User Event and API Version 2.0.
Step 3: Find the script named CloudExtend MailApps - Send From Outlook.
Step 4: Click on the View link next to the script name then go to the Deployments subtab. Here you'll see all the active deployments to the record types associated with this script.
Step 4: Select record you want to undeploy. This opens the Script Deployment record. Uncheck the checkbox labeled Deployed.
Step 5: Click Save to confirm your changes.
The script will now be undeployed and won't trigger on the associated record types.
💡 Notes:
You can repeat this for all deployments under the script if needed.
This change is reversible — just recheck Deployed to reactivate the script later.
