At present users cannot login to CloudExtend Outlook on a Mobile device with a role that requires 2FA.  

Resolution

Ask your Admin to create a copy of your current role without 2FA enabled and use that role for logging in from a mobile device.
Note there are some permissions that, if enabled on your role, will force 2FA. Make sure the following permissions are not enable for your role.

  • Access Token Management
  • Two-Factor Authentication
  • Two Factor Authentication base¬†
