Sometimes if you had a trial in the past that was canceled and we restart the canceled trial, the message below may appear.
Please take the following steps to resolve the login issue:
Step 1: Please click the blue UPGRADE NOW button. This will bring you to a screen to upgrade. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Cancel.
Step 2: Go back to the CloudExtend app and there will be a little button that says Click here to login again. If you click that you should be able to log in.
