Users will easily be able to try out the NextGen version. What is required to use the NextGen version of CloudExtend Outlook?
Must be an Enterprise or Group Edition user
CloudExtend SuiteApp must be installed by the NetSuite admin
Microsoft Grant should be enabled by your Microsoft admin

How to switch to the NextGen version
There are two places you can go to switch to the NextGen version.
Welcome Page
Try out the Beta app button is available at the bottom of the CloudExtend panel.  | Inside Suggest Related Records
Click the Try our beta app button at the upper right corner of the app.  |
Once selected, users would be prompted to log in with their Microsoft.
💡 Note: In the NextGen version the user's identity is no longer bound to their NetSuite account and you can log in with your Microsoft 365 account to use the application. Once logged into the application you will connect to NetSuite.
When logged in to NextGen application
To go back to the production version, go to Menu and click Switch back.
