ExtendInsights Financial Reporting is now publicly available through Microsoft AppSource, making installation and deployment easier for both administrators and end users.

Pull account balances for any period using a simple formula: <code>=XAVI.BALANCE("4220", "Jan 2025", "Jan 2025")</code>

Pre-built reports: CFO Flash Report, Income Statement, Budget Report

Drill down to NetSuite transactions from any balance

Filter by subsidiary, department, class, and location

Financial Reporting Engine includes the following XAVI formulas:

- <code>BALANCE</code>
- <code>BALANCECURRENCY</code>
- <code>BUDGET</code>
- <code>TYPEBALANCE</code>
- <code>NAME</code>
- <code>TYPE</code>
- <code>PARENT</code>
- <code>RETAINEDEARNINGS</code>
- <code>NETINCOME</code>
- <code>CTA</code>

The first time you open one of the pre-built reports, it may take 2–3 minutes to load.

This delay only affects the initial load.

A performance improvement is currently in development and is planned for an upcoming release.

Custom Segments are not currently supported.

Support for Custom Segments is planned for a future release.
