Microsoft AppSource add-ins are restricted by your organization.
The ExtendInsights add-in has not been deployed to your account.
Firewall, proxy, or security software is blocking the add-in.
You're signed in with a different Microsoft 365 account than the one assigned the add-in.
Excel, Microsoft 365 Apps, or Microsoft Edge WebView2 is out of date.
Conditional Access or other security policies are restricting access.
How to Resolve the Issue
End Users
Confirm you're signed in to Excel with your work Microsoft 365 account.
Restart Excel and check for Microsoft Office updates.
