Check Microsoft First
If you're a Microsoft 365 Administrator:
Sign in to admin.microsoft.com.
Go to Health → Service health.
Check for incidents affecting:

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft AppSource
Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 Apps
If an active incident is listed, Microsoft is already working on a resolution.
If No Microsoft Incident Is Reported
