If you've completed the recommended troubleshooting steps and the issue appears to be related to Microsoft 365 or Office, your Microsoft 365 Administrator should open a support request with Microsoft.
Open a Microsoft Support Request
Sign in to admin.microsoft.com as a Global Administrator.
Select Help (?) → Support → New service request.
Describe the issue (for example, "Office add-ins failing to load or deploy- ExtendInsights Data Connector for Excel.").
Include:
Microsoft Office/Excel version
Number of affected users
Error messages or screenshots
Submit the request using your preferred contact method - chat is usually fastest.
