Before you can download Chargebee data into Excel, you'll need to create a Chargebee connection.
Connect to Chargebee
To connect ExtendInsights to Chargebee, follow the steps below or view the video.
Open ExtendInsights.
Select Chargebee from the list of data sources.
Fill in connection details:
Enter the following information:
Connection Name – Enter a friendly name to help identify this connection in ExtendInsights (for example, Production, Finance, or My Chargebee Account).
Chargebee Subdomain – Enter your Chargebee site subdomain. You can find it in your Chargebee URL. For example, if your URL is
https://company.chargebee.com, your subdomain is company.API Key – Enter a read-only Chargebee API key to authenticate your connection. If you don't have one yet, see Create a Chargebee API Key.
4. Click Connect to Chargebee.

Verification
Your connection is configured successfully when:
Chargebee appears as the active connection.
You can create or load Chargebee templates.
Chargebee objects are available for download.
