The settings section will enable you to customize the ExtendSync settings as per your preference.
Ignore sign-in user records
When this is enabled ExtendSync users will ignore logged-in NetSuite user's email while fetching contextual records. This setting is turned off by default.
Step 1: Click Menu> Settings
Step 2: Go to Ignore sign-in user records and toggle the button to turn it on.

Skip Welcome Screen
When this is turned on ExtendSync will initiate the record search in NetSuite automatically skipping the welcome screen. By default, this is turned off. Learn more here.
Subject Inspection
This setting, enabled by default, will search the mail subject for a 5-digit number and fetch matching transaction records automatically.
Include Dependent Records
When enabled this will fetch 25 records in each category like entities, transactions, or activities. Reducing the time taken to load the available records in the ExtendSync panel. Learn more here.
Configure Records Filter
User can configure the filter in the Settings view and once done, only the filtered records would be visible in the Suggested Records section.
Advanced Options
Include Names in Suggestions
Once enabled, the Available Records section would show records with the matching name of the sender even though the email wouldn't match. This is turned off by default. Learn more about this option here.
Email Body Inspection
When enabled will scan your email body and look for numbers that are transaction ids and have 3 or more digits and fetch related transaction records and show them in Available records. Check this feature here.
File Attachment Preferences
Users have the ability to customize their settings for file attachments and inline images when storing emails to NetSuite. Learn more here.
Choose Theme
Users can change the theme of the add-in based on their preference. Three options to choose from:
Dark mode
Light mode
System - System setting would take the setting based on what your Gmail theme is set to. If your Gmail is configured to use Dark mode, then the add-in would detect that and switch to that theme automatically.
