Overview

ExtendSync for Google NetSuite Analytics is a new feature to view stats on how your application is helping you stay productive. This feature allows the account owner to access the Analytics section within their ExtendSync panel. The Analytics section tracks the usage of the application and includes the following types of emails that contribute to the count:

  • Emails are stored in NetSuite from Gmail Inbox and Sent Items folders.

  • Emails are saved to NetSuite after composing them in Gmail.

By checking the Saved Email Count in the Analytics, you will gain insights into:

  • The different methods you use for saving emails.

  • Graphs and donut charts representing ExtendSync usage.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly usage analytics for up to 2 months.


How do I enable Analytics stats?

To enable the stats view:

1. Go to Menu->Settings

2. Toggle View Analytics On to enable or Off to disable

Where can I see the Analytics stats?

The user-friendly interface will help users to check the amount of time saved and keep engaged. You can track and manage emails with insightful daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.

To see your ExtendSync usage, go to the following:

Available Record Section

When you choose an email from your inbox and sent items in the ExtendSync panel, it will be shown in the middle of the application. This shows weekly and daily usage status.

Menu>Analytics

Another way to view your email stats is to go to Menu> Analytics. You can access more details and monthly email attachment stats by going to this section. The data available will only up to two months.
