With the ExtendSync for Google NetSuite Analytics available, users will be able to see the app usage and the amount of time saved. If you think, you don't need this information in your ExtenSync panel, you can turn it off and turn it back on when you need to.
Turn Analytics Off
Follow these steps to hide Analytics from the ExtendSync interface:
Open the ExtendSync panel in Gmail.
Go to Menu → Settings.
Toggle View Analytics to Off.
What happens when Analytics is off?
The Analytics section is hidden from the ExtendSync panel
Menu → Analytics no longer appears
Email syncing continues as normal (Analytics does not affect functionality)
Turn Analytics Back On
To re-enable Analytics:
Open ExtendSync.
Go to Menu → Settings.
Toggle View Analytics to On.
Analytics will immediately reappear in the panel and menu.
Notes
This setting controls visibility only.
Turning Analytics off does not stop data from being collected.
You can enable or disable Analytics at any time without impacting email syncing or Autopilot behavior.
