Issue
In NetSuite, after I clicked the Email using CloudExtend button. I got an error message:
License not found
Reason of Error
Scenario 1: License not Assigned
You email address in NetSuite does not have a license for CloudExtend. Contact your administrator to check your access.
Scenario 2: Email Mismatch
Your NetSuite login email might be different from Outlook email to which license is assigned.
Resolution
Scenario 1: License not Assigned
Step 1: Reach out to your CloudExtend admin.
Step 2: Check if license haas been allocated to user. See instructions here.
Step 3: Once allocated, request for use to reload the app.
Scenario 2: Email Mismatch
NetSuite admin need to configure the following:
Step 1: Search for record Celigo Send from Outlook Email Config.
Step 2: Click New Celigo Send from Outlook Email Config button.
Step 3: In the Employee field look for your name and enter your Outlook email address to the CloudExtend Login Email.
For Enterprise Edition users without Thread AutoPilot enabled or Group Edition users, a warning message will appear, notifying them that replies won’t sync since Thread AutoPilot is not included in their plan.
