Common Errors and Solutions
🔵 Microsoft Grant needs to be given by your CloudExtend admin for this feature to work.
Cause:
The required Microsoft Graph API consent has not been granted or needs to be regranted by your Microsoft 365 admin.
Fix:
Regrant tenant-level consent for the Send from Outlook feature in the CloudExtend Subscription Portal.

🔵 Your need to log in to ExtendSync add in and connect to your NetSuite account for this feature to work.
Cause:
The user hasn’t logged into the ExtendSync for Outlook add-in or hasn’t connected their NetSuite account yet.
Fix:
Each user must install and sign into the ExtendSync add-in and create their NetSuite connection.
🔵 Warning which is shown for Starter Edition users and Enterprise users for whom Thread Autopilot is not enabled
Cause:
Displayed for:
Group/Starter Edition users (Thread Autopilot not included)
Enterprise users who have Thread-Based Autopilot disabled
Fix:
Starter users can upgrade to Enterprise Edition for Thread Autopilot access.
Enterprise admins can enable Thread-Based Autopilot in the Subscription Portal.
🔵 I am getting License not found when using this feature even though I have license for ExtendSync add in.
Cause:
Your NetSuite login email does not match the Outlook email assigned to your ExtendSync license.
Fix:
Verify your ExtendSync license is assigned to your Outlook email.
If different, a NetSuite admin must update your record in:
Celigo Send from Outlook Email Config
Enter your Outlook email as the CloudExtend Login Email
