CloudExtend | Connect NetSuite with Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint

CloudExtend integrates NetSuite with Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint, allowing organizations to store and manage documents in Microsoft 365 while keeping them accessible from NetSuite.

Whether you simply want to associate existing files with NetSuite records or fully automate document management, CloudExtend provides solutions that grow with your organization's needs.

With ExtendSync OneDrive and SharePoint Integration, you can:

ExtendDocs + ExtendSync Outlook(Recommended)

Automatically organize email attachments.

When ExtendDocs is used with ExtendSync Outlook, email attachments can automatically be stored in the correct OneDrive or SharePoint folder while remaining linked to the related NetSuite record.

Benefits include:

  • No manual uploads

  • Customer correspondence stays organized

  • Files remain in Microsoft 365


ExtendDocs + Global Autopilot

End-to-end automation.

Organizations using Global Autopilot can automate both email association and document storage.

As emails are processed automatically:

  • Emails are associated with NetSuite

  • Contacts can be created automatically (if enabled)

  • Attachments are stored in OneDrive or SharePoint

  • Files become immediately available from NetSuite
