NetSuite offers several editions, including OneWorld. In order for CloudExtend to work properly we need to know if your account is a OneWorld account.
Your NetSuite Admin should be able to provide you with this information but you can also tell by viewing most records in NetSuite and looking for a field called 'Subsidiary'. In the screenshot below you can tell that this is a OneWorld account because of the subsidiary field on the Customer record.
