When you log in to the ExtendSync app, you get an error message saying:

Login access has been disable for this role
Reason for the Error
ExtenSync uses NetSuite's secure 3-Step Authentication flow. NetSuite determines the login method used for the 3-step authentication flow based on a user's previous logins with NetSuite. Because of this, some users may have trouble logging into ExtendSync with SSO, or, in the event of roles such as admin roles, without SSO.
Troubleshooting
Step 1: Click on the Menu button.
Step 2: Go to Connections then Add New Connections.
