Admin: CloudExtend Customer Portal for ExtendInsights Data Management NetSuite

Subscription Admins can log in at subscriptions.cloudextend.io with their Microsoft account to manage end-user licenses and assign other administrators.

Login

  1. Sign in with your Microsoft ID (usually your Microsoft 365 email address provided to your Customer Success Manager).


Add Admin Users

If you are the Super Admin (primary admin), we recommend adding at least one additional admin.

💡 Note:

  • The Super Admin is assigned to the billing email address used when CloudExtend was first configured.

  • Super Admin, Admin, and Config Admin roles do not require a subscription license.

  • If you need to update the Super Admin information, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  1. From the navigation pane, select Users.

  2. Click Add User.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Microsoft account email address

    • Subscription

    • Role ( Admin, Config Admin)

  4. Click Add User.

Allocate Licenses

There are two views you can go to allocate licenses.

Users Page

The Users page shows all user accounts, subscriptions, and roles. From here, you can:

  • Add new users individually or in bulk(coming soon)

  • Search for users

  • Assign or configure licenses

Subcriptions Page

The subscriptions page shows you the list of users and the date when they were added to the portal. From here you can:

  • Assign licenses

  • Search for users

  • Remove users


Click Assign Licenses button to add subscription to the user.

Add Users

  1. From the Users tab, click Add User.

  2. Enter the following:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Admin’s Microsoft account email address.

    4. Subscription

    5. Role (User, Super Admin, Admin, Config Admin)

  3. Click Add User once done.

📩 Once allocated, users receive an email from ExtenInsights within a few hours with installation instructions.

📌 If your organization uses Microsoft 365, your 365 Admin can also install the app centrally.

Update User or Subscriptions

Modify CloudExtend user's profile.

  1. From the Users tab, click on the pencil icon of the user to update.

  2. Admins can update:

    1. Email Address

    2. Subscription

    3. Role (User, Admin, Config Admin)

    4. Click Save once done.

Remove User

Use the trash icon to unassign CloudExtend licenses from users.
