CloudExtend Customer Portal

Learn how to manage your own user licenses with the CloudExtend subscription portal

Updated this week

The CloudExtend Customer Portal allows admins to easily manage user licenses. You can access it anytime at https://subscriptions.cloudextend.io.

  • Super Admins and Admins can log in using their Microsoft ID or Google account, typically their company email address.

  • When a subscription is first created, initial portal access is granted to the designated Super Admin.

  • We highly recommend that this Super Admin add at least one additional Admin to ensure smooth account management.

Here’s a quick video walkthrough of what you’ll see once you log in:

CloudExtend Portal Features

The Admin Portal gives your team centralized control over CloudExtend subscriptions.
Admins can:

  • Manage all subscriptions in one place

  • Add or remove users and licenses

  • Assign additional admins

  • Configure features

Using a Microsoft or Google login, admins gain secure access to the Portal.

For organizations with multiple subscriptions, users only need to be added once, making it easy to assign multiple licenses across different apps.

Super Admins, Admins, and Configuration Admins can also grant Microsoft permissions to enable CloudExtend features.
