The CloudExtend subscription portal allows admins to manage user licenses and is available at https://subscriptions.cloudextend.io. Portal access is granted to a super admin at the time a subscription is started.
It is highly recommended that this super admin add at least one additional admin.
Super admins and admins gain access with their Microsoft ID (typically their company email address).

Troubleshooting
From time to time an admin may be logged in to a different Microsoft account on another browser and access to the portal is denied or the portal will not load properly. In this case, the admin should use a different (or incognito) browser or 1st log out of their Microsoft account in other browser instances.
