Role	Desciption
Super Admin	Full access, including license management and configuration. Can add admin user. Subscription is optional. This is tied to the billing email, any changes, need support assistance.
Admin	Full access, including license management and configuration with the exception of adding anyone else as admin. Subscription is optional. Can manage other admin but cannot remove own admin profile from the portal.
Configuration Admin	Responsible for granting Microsoft and NetSuite permissions to configure features. Cannot manage licenses or add users.
User	User of CloudExtend application/s. No access to the subscription portal.
