If you have recently installed ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite and your organization has installed the CloudExtend bundle and you are receiving a warning indicating you are not connected to the bundle logging out and back in typically resolves the issue for you.

To log out, select the Menu icon at the top right and then choose Logout.

As long as your organization has installed the CloudExtend bundle any warnings previously received should disappear.
