Added ability to turn off extension for an (easily configurable) list of Gmail accounts. This can be done by clicking on CloudExtend Icon that resides in your browser URL bar (not the same icon used to invoke the App). Next, click on
Optionsand then enter a list of Gmail accounts where you want to hide the CloudExtend app.
Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
