The CloudExtend Files tab (OneDrive/SharePoint) is installed by default on Customer and Contact records. Most teams also deploy it to other record types (e.g., Opportunities, Transactions). Admins can add it broadly—or remove it entirely.
Prerequisites
You’re a NetSuite Administrator (or have equivalent script deployment permissions).
The CloudExtend bundle is installed (Bundle 244864).
You can access Customization → Scripting pages in NetSuite.
Supported record types
CloudExtend Files can be deployed to most standard and many custom records.
Add or Remove the CloudExtend Files tab to/from NetSuite records
Step 1: Navigate to Customization >Scripting > Scripts and click Edit.
Step 2: Look for Script celigo-ce-fs-tab-entrypoint and from Bundle 244864. Click on Edit and navigate to Deployments tab.
Step 3: Add/Remove all the record types on the Applies To tab one at a time.
Set the following:
Deployed = Yes
Status = Released
Step 4: Save the changes then click Back or Cancel. This will bring you back the list of scripts.
Step 5: Look for Script celigo-ce-fs-tab-entrypoint and from Bundle 244864. Click on View and navigate to Deployments tab. Select the newly added you need to select for all roles and all employees for the audience.
Step 6: Save the changes then go to a record to validate if the CloudExtend files tab is showing.
Deploying additional script to retain file links on Record Transformations
If you transform records (e.g., Opportunity → Sales Order) and want file links to persist:
Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts.
Find
celigo-onedrive-record-transform(Bundle 244864).Edit → Deployments → New Deployment.
For each transform source/target record type, set:
Deployed = Yes
Status = Released
Set Audience (typically All Roles / All Employees)
Save and verify by performing a test transform.
Troubleshooting
CloudExtend Files Tab not visible after deployment
Confirm Deployed = Yes and Status = Released.
Check Audience includes your role/user.
Refresh the record, try another role, or clear browser cache.
Users can see the tab but can’t open files
Ensure users are Enterprise-licensed for ExtendSync and have OneDrive/SharePoint permissions to the files.
Custom record types
If the tab doesn’t appear, confirm the record type supports Script Deployment and re-check Applies To.
