Get back to work faster after attaching
After a user selects a save method, ExtendSync immediately adds the email and files (if included) to a processing queue in NetSuite where it ultimately gets attached to the desired NetSuite record. This allows users to get back to work immediately while letting NetSuite process the email and attachments in the background.
How long does it take for the email to attach to NetSuite?
Typically the emails and files are attached in a few seconds but could take longer depending on the availability of resources in your NetSuite account.
If you have saved an email and it's not in NetSuite, it may have run into an error.
To check the logs, click Menu > Logs.
This will contain any associations done for the last 14 days.
