We’re glad to have you on board. This guide will walk you through the core setup steps so your team can start using Gmail and Google Drive with NetSuite, and optionally enable Calendar Autopilot as an add-on.


πŸ‘₯ Who is required for the initial setup?

To complete the steps below, you’ll typically need two people from your organization.
For some companies, this might be the same person wearing multiple hats.

  • A user with Google Workspace Super Admin rights

  • A user with NetSuite Administrator rights


Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You have an active or trial subscription for ExtendSync for Google NetSuite.

  • You know which features your organization is licensed for (Gmail, Drive, and whether you purchased the Calendar Autopilot add-on).

  • You have access to install the NetSuite Bundle ID: 20497.

  • Your organization is on a supported Google Workspace edition (Basic, Business, or Enterprise).


Review Google & Browser Requirements

ExtendSync works with:

  • Google Workspace Gmail (web) using Chrome

  • Users signed in with their corporate Google Workspace account

  • Chrome browser with the ExtendSync extension installed

βš™οΈ Connection requirements:

  • Users must sign into Gmail using their Google Workspace (work) account.

  • Personal Gmail accounts are not supported for production use.

  • Users’ Google email must match their NetSuite email for best results.

πŸ’‘ Tip: For best performance and user experience, we recommend:

  • Latest version of Google Chrome

  • Using only one active Google Workspace profile in the browser while using ExtendSync

Users install the ExtendSync Chrome extension, sign in with Google, select their NetSuite environment and role, and start using the app.
