A user with NetSuite Administrator rights
Available ExtendSync user licenses (Gmail/Drive, and Calendar Autopilot if applicable)
Review Google & Browser Requirements
ExtendSync works with:
Google Workspace Gmail (web) using Chrome
Users signed in with their corporate Google Workspace account
Chrome browser with the ExtendSync extension installed
⚙️ Connection requirements:
Users must sign into Gmail using their Google Workspace (work) account.
Personal Gmail accounts are not supported for production use.
Users’ Google email must match their NetSuite email for best results.
💡 Tip: For best performance and user experience, we recommend:
Latest version of Google Chrome
Using only one active Google Workspace profile in the browser while using ExtendSync
🔧 Core Setup (Required for All Editions)
These steps must be completed before anyone can start using ExtendSync for Google NetSuite.

1. Review Google and browser requirements | Google Admin | Confirm supported Google clients and configurations (see section above). |
2. Complete NetSuite Prerequisites (Roles & Permissions) | NetSuite Admin | Confirm that required permissions (SOAP Web Services, User Access Tokens, Track Messages, Documents & Files, etc.) are enabled on roles. |
3. Allocate Licenses to End-users | NetSuite Admin | Use Celigo License Manager to allocate license to Users |
4. Install Chrome Extension & Log In | End Users | Users install the ExtendSync Chrome extension, sign in with Google, select their NetSuite environment and role, and start using the app. |
💡 Note: Central Deployment for ExtendSync Google
If your organization prefers centralized deployment, you can force-install the ExtendSync Chrome Extension for all users or specific groups.
