Error Message
Error Code:CEFI-E1118
Error Details: Your Microsoft admin needs to add your first name to your profile.
Reason of Error
This is related to the user's Microsoft profile in the Azure Portal. There is a missing attribute (either Given Name or Email Address) that is preventing her Microsoft profile from being recognized when logging into ExtendSync. Please reach out to your Microsoft admin to resolve this issue.
Troubleshooting
For the Microsoft Admin:
Step 1: Go to https://portal.azure.com/#home
Step 2: Search for Users on the top and select the option that has a colored icon.
Step 3: You will see the list of Users, click on the target user's name.
Step 4: Go to Properties and enter the user's proper Microsoft email. Also, check the first name and last name.
Step 5: Ask the users to retry to log in to ExtendSync.
