Whitelist celigo.com to Ensure You Receive Support Emails

Prevent CloudExtend support emails from going to spam

Updated yesterday

CloudExtend support communicates through both chat and email.
To ensure you never miss important updates, troubleshooting responses, or case notifications, we strongly recommend whitelisting the celigo.com domain.

⚠️ Note:
If a user unsubscribes from CloudExtend emails, they will not receive support responses even if the domain is whitelisted.

Learn how to improve deliverability as an Exchange Admin or end user below.

For Exchange / Microsoft 365 Admins

Admins can whitelist celigo.com for the entire organization by updating the global spam filter policy.

  1. Open the Exchange Admin Center

  2. Navigate to Protection → Spam Filter

  3. Edit the default spam policy (or your custom policy)

  4. Add celigo.com to the Allowed Domains or Safe Senders list

  5. Save your changes

This ensures all CloudExtend support messages bypass spam filtering.

For End Users (If Admins Cannot Whitelist Globally)

If your Exchange Admin cannot add the domain org-wide, you can whitelist it in your personal Outlook settings.

Step 1: Log in to Outlook online at https://outlook.office.com/mail/ (or your company-specific URL) and sign in with your Microsoft credentials.

Step 2: Click the Settings (⚙️) icon → select Mail.

Step 3: In the left menu, choose Junk email.

Step 4: Scroll to Safe senders and domains → click + Add.

Enter: celigo.com

Step 5: Hit Save. This will now ensure that our emails to you do not go to your spam folder!

Done!

Emails from CloudExtend including case updates, troubleshooting responses, and system notifications will now be delivered directly to your inbox, not your spam folder.
