Meaning / Fix

Microsoft Grant needs to be given by your CloudExtend admin for this feature to work.

The Microsoft 365 admin has not yet regranted consent for the Send from Outlook feature.

You need to log in to ExtendSync add-in and connect to your NetSuite account for this feature to work.

The user has not signed into ExtendSync or linked their NetSuite account.

See troubleshooting steps below. 👇

Regranting consent for Send from Outlook feature

Step 1: Regrant consent for Microsoft Graph

A Microsoft 365 admin must grant or regrant consent once per tenant.

Step 2: Add permissions to Users with Custom Roles

  1. In NetSuite, go to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles and select the relevant custom role.

  2. Go to Permissions > Custom Record Tab.

  3. Add Celigo Send from Outlook Email Config and set to FULL.

  4. Go to Permissions > Lists

  5. Add Track Messages and assign FULL access level

Step 3: Request users to log in to ExtendSync

After the admin grants consent, each user should:

  1. Open the ExtendSync Outlook add-in and sign in at least once.

  2. Create a NetSuite connection in the app, if they have not already done so.
