Reason for Error
This is happening because of the special character in the field name. CloudExtend writes formulae to the first row in Excel. If special characters exist in the column name, it breaks the formula.
In the example below, the field name of the custom field is Est. GP% which contains the percentage sign. This special character is disturbing the formula causing the issue.
Workaround
Enter a custom label without any special characters.
