See prerequisites before installing CloudExtend Google Gmail for NetSuite NextGen
Check with your Admin if they have installed the CloudExtend Netsuite App.
If yes, proceed to the next steps. π¨ Learn how to install the SuiteApp bundle here.
Adding permissions to the applicable NetSuite roles
Ensure that the following permissions are enabled on all roles that will be logging in and using CloudExtend by navigating Setup> Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
SOAP Web Services
User Access Tokens
SAML Single Sign-On (ONLY if your company uses Single Sign-On, ie OKTA, OneLogin, etc. - If you enable SSO and do not actually use SSO, users will NOT be able to login to NetSuite until you remove it).
Allow JS/HTML uploads if your user will need to upload .js and .htm files
Documents and Files (if users will be attaching files): Minimum permission required is Create.
π‘ Note: Full access is required only for users who have enabled the legacy attach method.Track Messages: Minimum permission required is Create.

Install
Let's install the CloudExtend CloudExtend for NetSuite NextGen to your Gmail.
Step 1: Click the link here then hit Add to Chrome.
Step 2: A prompt will appear, hit Add Extensions to install.
Step 3: Refresh Gmail. In the Gmail side panel, click the blue X icon to load the NextGen application.

Step 4(Optional): If you have the legacy version, we recommend uninstalling it from your browser.
