Overview
ExtendInsights lets you manage HubSpot Lists directly from Excel.
You can:
Download existing list members.
Add existing HubSpot records to a list.
Remove records from a list.
Important: HubSpot List templates manage list membership only. They do not create or delete HubSpot records.
Before You Begin
Before working with HubSpot Lists, make sure you have:
An active HubSpot connection.
Access to the HubSpot List you want to manage.
A HubSpot List template.
Download a HubSpot List
Step 1: Select a List
From the list of data sources, select HubSpot.
Expand Lists.
Select the object type:
Contacts
Companies
Deals
Orders
Tickets
Select the HubSpot List.
Step 2: Download the List
Click Download.
ExtendInsights retrieves the current members of the selected HubSpot List into Excel.
Add Records to a HubSpot List
Once the list has been downloaded:
Add a new row.
Enter the existing HubSpot Record ID or Name.
Click Upload.
The record is added to the selected HubSpot List.
Important: Uploading to a List does not create a new HubSpot record. It simply associates an existing record with the selected list.
Remove Records from a HubSpot List
Select the row(s) you want to remove.
Click Delete Rows.
The selected records are removed from the HubSpot List.
The underlying HubSpot records remain unchanged.

Tips & Best Practices
Use the correct template
Use a List template when managing list membership.
To create new Contacts, Companies, Deals, or other HubSpot records, use the corresponding standard object template.
Verify records before uploading
Ensure the Record ID or Name matches an existing HubSpot record before adding it to a list.
Deleting from a List does not delete the record
Removing a row from a HubSpot List only removes that record from the selected list.
The record itself remains available in HubSpot.
