ExtendInsights lets you download HubSpot data directly into Excel using standard objects, custom objects, lists, or analytics.

Choose the workflow that best matches what you want to retrieve.

Before creating records, make sure you have:

A template created for the object you want to create.

Included all required fields in your template.

- An active HubSpot connection.

Open an existing template or create a new one for the HubSpot object you want to create.

Note: Analytics and List templates cannot be used to create new HubSpot records.

Expand the filter and set filter criteria:

Go to the Actions box and select Download.

Use Refresh to retrieve the latest data for a specific HubSpot record without downloading a new dataset.

This is useful when you know the Record ID and want to view the most up-to-date information before making changes.
