Decide which departments will use ExtendSync: Sales, Customer Service, Support, Finance, and Operations.
๐๏ธ Which Records Should Emails and Events Be Saved To
Each department should establish its own guidelines. When you save an email to a Contact, Opportunity, or Estimate, it automatically rolls up to the Customer record.
๐ง What Should Be Saved to NetSuite?
ExtendSync lets you save emails, events, and attachments. For large attachments, consider saving to OneDrive or SharePoint instead.

๐ก Note for users enrolled in Global Autopilot
If your admin has set up Global Autopilot for your account, you do not need to configure Autopilot yourself. Simply ensure your NetSuite connection is active (Menu โ Settings โ NetSuite Connection), and syncing will begin automatically.
