Depending on your workflow, you can save emails to NetSuite in two ways:
One-Time Save (Associate Email) β for manual, single-email saves
Autopilot for Emails (Enterprise only) β for automatic syncing of future messages
One-Time Save (Associate Email)
This will save the email once to NetSuite.
If someone responds to the thread, you need to go back and manually save the reply.
How It Works
Open an email in Outlook.
Launch ExtendSync and choose One-Time Save (Associate Email).
Select the record(s) you want to attach the email to.
Click Associate Email.
π‘ Notes:
Attached files will be stored in the NetSuite File Cabinet.
You can customize how file attachments and inline images are stored.

Autopilot for Emails (Enterprise Users Only)
Autopilot saves time by automatically syncing emails related to specific threads or contacts β no manual saving required.
By default:
Attachments are included only in the first email of the thread.
Files are stored in the NetSuite File Cabinet.
For organizations using ExtendDocs, attachments and inline images are stored in OneDrive/SharePoint instead.
To include attachments for future emails, your admin must enable Attachment Autopilot.
