In some cases, your Microsoft 365 Admin may have a policy of authorizing and installing Apps on behalf of the end-user via this process. If in doubt ask your Admin, otherwise follow the instructions below to install directly from the Microsoft Store.
Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to install CloudExtend Outlook
Optional NetSuite Performance Bundle
We highly encourage you to ask your NetSuite Admin to install the CloudExtend Performance Bundle in your NetSuite account. Share this link with them. Having this bundle installed improves performance by up to 3x and enables additional Enterprise features during the trial period. If you're not sure if it's installed or not don't worry, we'll send you an in-app message letting you know it's not installed.

Basic Credentials
View the video to log in to the process in action
Step 1: Open the add-in and click Authenticate with NetSuite or Login to NetSuite.
Step 2: Enter your NetSuite User Name (typically your email address).
Step 3: Enter your NetSuite account number and click Connect to NetSuite.
Step 4: The App will guide you through the remaining steps based on your NetSuite role. Below you can see a role with 2-factor authentication logging in via the Outlook App.
🚨 IMPORTANT
You will be logged out of your current NetSuite session the first time you log in. Don't worry though, once logged in you'll be able to have both sessions active at the same time. As long as you don't log out of CloudExtend you won't need to enter your credentials again, even if your password expires.
Single Sign On
To log in using Single Sign On, follow the steps below:
Log in using Admin or Non-SSO Role
NetSuite does not allow admins to log in with SSO. If your org has SSO set as the primary authentication method and you want to login to NetSuite as an admin via the 3-Step Authentication flow follow the steps below.
First Phase
Step 1: Launch the app and click Authenticate with NetSuite.
Step 2: On the first part of the login flow, enter your NetSuite username (this will be your NetSuite email).
Step 3: Clear your cache.
Windows | Mac |
Clear your cache Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. | Clear the cache on Safari (this is independent of your default browser, ie even if your default browser is Chrome above must be completed). |
Step 4: Click on the troubleshoot link and enter https://system.netsuite.com.
⚠️ If this does not prompt you to log in then use your NetSuite dashboard URL (such as https://123456.app.netsuite.com where you replace 123456 with your account number).
❗️If you have more than one NetSuite account be sure to navigate to the desired account before closing the window. |
Step 5: Enter your credentials and choose the desired non-SSO role (Admin, etc.) and log in. Once logged in close the NetSuite window.
Second Phase
Step 1: Click on Authenticate with NetSuite.
Step 2: On the first part of the login flow, enter your NetSuite username (this will be your NetSuite email).
Step 3: Enter your NetSuite Account ID
Step 4: Choose the role that you need to log in to and click Allow.
Step 5: Enable the One World toggle switch if you are using NetSuite OneWorld and hit Continue. See the guide here to determine if you are using a OneWorld account.
