End-User: Getting Started Guide ExtendSync for Google NetSuite

ExtendSync Google | Learn how to save emails to NetSuite, save file attachments to NetSuite, and more

Updated over a week ago

Overview

ExtendSync for Google NetSuite helps your organization capture customer communication by making it easy to attach Gmail messages, Google Drive files/folders, and (optional) Calendar events directly to NetSuite records.

Without ExtendSync, important information stays locked in inboxes and personal Drive folders, making collaboration harder and reducing visibility.

With just one click, ExtendSync centralizes emails, attachments, and filesβ€”helping your team collaborate more effectively, stay organized, and save time.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Google Chrome (ExtendSync is currently supported only on desktop Chrome)

  • NetSuite access with the right role permissions

  • An ExtendSync license assigned to your Google Workspace email

  • Matching Google Workspace email ↔ NetSuite employee email (unless your admin configured multi-domain mappings)

Optional / Enterprise features:

  • Autopilot for Emails (Enterprise add-on)

  • Google Drive Tab for NetSuite Records (Enterprise)

  • Calendar Autopilot (Add-on; Gmail + NetSuite email must match exactly)
